Using StorkBuro

You may use StorkBuro for personal pregnancy planning, bureaucratic checklist tracking, and document storage. Do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the app content or website content without permission.

Informational nature

StorkBuro is an informational companion. We work to keep the content useful and accurate, but German federal and state rules change. Deadlines, eligibility, office addresses, required documents, and benefit amounts can vary by Bundesland, by year, and by your individual situation.

Always verify time-sensitive details with the relevant office — your Krankenkasse, Standesamt, Jugendamt, Elterngeldstelle, Familienkasse, employer, or lawyer — before relying on them for a decision.

StorkBuro is not a medical service, legal service, tax service, or substitute for professional advice. Information about Mutterschutz, Elterngeld, Kindergeld, Steuer-IDs, or paternity recognition is general guidance, not legal advice tailored to your case.

For medical questions, talk to your midwife, doctor, or hospital. For legal or tax questions, talk to a qualified advisor. In a medical emergency, call 112.

Purchases and the App Store

StorkBuro is sold on the App Store as a one-time purchase, with an optional Family tier for sharing a pregnancy with your partner. All payments are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you believe a purchase was charged in error or the app did not deliver an entitlement after purchase, contact support@storkburo.app and we will help.

Local data and iCloud

StorkBuro stores your pregnancy data, scanned documents, lists, and preferences on your device. Local data may be lost if you delete the app, erase device data, or switch devices without restoring an iOS backup.

When iCloud sync ships in a future update, your data will sync through your own iCloud account under your Apple ID. We never receive a copy.

Availability and changes

StorkBuro may change, add, remove, or update features and content over time, including the bureaucratic checklists, the deadline anchors, and the pregnancy guides. We may also correct errors or update these terms when needed.
